LIABILITY |
We're sure you understand that once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for damages caused by delivery delays due to weather, acts of god, carrier mistakes, etc. We will always take responsibility when we make a mistake, but we cannot control severe weather conditions anywhere along the route your package may travel.
After receiving your order, your goodies will be freshly baked the next business day. Depending on the destination and items ordered, some of the baked goods may be frozen to preserve freshness. Please allow 3 days for us to prepare your order. If orders are ready to be shipped out at the end of the week, we will wait until the following week to ship. Our Regular shipping is 2nd day UPS! Overnight or Saturday delivery is regular shipping +$50.00. Orders will usually be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday to arrive Thursday or Friday.
